Yes. The account owner can change plans anytime from within the app — it’s fully self-service.

You’ll keep access until the end of your billing cycle. After that, your account will be deactivated — but your data will be retained for 60 days in case you decide to come back. We recommend exporting any reports before canceling, just in case.

No — BidBow isn't a takeoff tool in the traditional sense. You can’t perform plan-based takeoffs within BidBow. However, it does include built-in Excel-like quantity calculation sheets, so you can easily enter, link, and manage quantities inside your estimate.

You can also import quantities from takeoff tools and pull them directly into your estimate items — so your workflow stays smooth, even if takeoff happens elsewhere.

You can easily import outputs from your takeoff tool. We have out-of-the-box support for a few popular takeoff tools, and can support others through Excel file imports. For ERP integrations, reach out to us with your specific system — we are actively expanding support for ERP workflows.
